Know of micro lending providers that share interest with the lender?

Kiva (www.kiva.com) seems like a fantastic prototype but it’s exposure will likely be limited because lenders (like you and me) receive 0% of the 10-20% interest that the borrower pays Kiva and their sponsors. It’s core value is to connect humanitarians to needy poor business owners and facilitate the transfer of cash and repayment. Repayment rates are reported to be high. But, I think lending would explode if there were financial incentives associated with the traditional lending relationship beyond the intrinsic humanitarian values of helping people alone. Know of any micro lending businesses that share the wealth?
